To the variety of English and American cakes, Moulin d’Or has added its range of mix cakes, namely the ring-shaped cake, semi-vanilla, semi-chocolate, the biscuit-composed cakes, chocolate cream, walnuts and hazelnuts (« hazelnut », « brownie », etc.), orange, strawberry, banana-flavored sponge cakes, etc., and last but not least, the famous
“honeycomb”, composed of donuts dough and filled with Bavarian cream and honey.

Moreover, Moulin d’Or introduced its “Jalousie” (Envy) cake, composed of layered paste, almonds and raisins. Another star is the “Craquette” which is composed of croissant-layered paste filled with pastry cream, almonds; not to forget the latest innovation: the “Apple Pie”, composed of almond paste and cream, embellished by apple pieces and drowned in a
succulent juice of fruits.
